Who we are, and what we do

Dinardo Care and Supports Limited was first incorporated on 26 September 2011 but the service we provide originates from a family business established 30 years ago, Dinardo Ltd, operating from one site in Lewisham. Over the years a good reputation was established as a reliable provider of accommodation with a support service that the Local Authority could work with in order to assist resolve the difficulties of finding suitable accommodation for people with a range of personal difficulties who required an element of care and support to assist them live with confidence in the community.

As demand for the service increased it has expanded so that today we provide over 300 units of supported accommodation over multiple sites in the Southeast London area. A dedicated team based at each of our sites, offers a high-quality service that draws on local expertise and knowledge. Our service offers a choice of living independently in the comfort of one’s own home but with the reassurance of twenty-four-hour care and support being available, on site, when needed.

We have a long-established track record of providing support and a safe environment to people who have experienced mental health illnesses. We offer high quality supported accommodations for our residents. We provide 24 hours support offered by the most reliable and caring team who enjoy helping our residents and believe that everyone should have a decent life regardless of their mental health. In our services, there is no time limit to our support, as all our residents receive all the support they need as long as they need it for. Our specialist team continuously keep monitoring the recovery progress of each resident to coach them gradually and guide them to independency. 

 

Our accommodations and unites are located in several locations in Lewisham, Southwark and Croydon. Our accommodations comprise individual rooms (not shared). We also provide healthy meals to our residents. We have many accommodations that are in the most wonderful locations in London in a friendly neighbourhood and they are all well connected to public transports.  

 

We are able to offer a rapid decision at the time of application (usually within 24 hours) after assessment and due to the flexibility and range of our service, we will consider people who have been thought unsuitable by other providers.
